Overview
A coordinated intervention combining seismic improvements and energy retrofit. Works include local actions on reinforced concrete structural elements (columns, slabs and cantilevers), envelope efficiency via cellulose flakes dry-blown insulation, roof insulation and waterproofing, and replacement of thermal systems and external windows—targeting an improvement of at least two energy classes.
